I started working out in a garage with my Dad (an amazing coach) after I graduated from college. I was big in all the ways I didn't want to be and my Dad offered to help me. He trained a few people out of our little garage gym and I fell in love watching the people change and improve. After about 4 years in Human Resources, I decided it was time to pursue my passion. I became a trainer, then a coach, then a head coach and now I'm at TF, helping people change their minds, bodies and lives.
I believe that every person should have a delicate balance of self-love and self-awareness. Every person's deserves to look in the mirror and say, "hell yeah, look at that big mound of sexy". Our bodies are incredible and regardless of whether or not you're where you want to be physically, your body deserves to be loved. We then have to balance that self-love and appreciation for our bodies, with the awareness that we could be doing so much more for it. Helping people find that balance, that mix between "I love who I am and I can't wait to get even better" is what drives me.
