You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use to develop your strength and conditioning. We'll also review your range of motion and current fitness level to get you moving safely.
Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a strength portion followed by something a bit more rigorous.
